Karaś Legal has been established out of passion for law in investments. Our objective was to create a law firm available to small and medium enterprises seeking to attract investors or searching for investment opportunities as well as the needs of funds involved in financing such enterprises. Small start-ups are often unable to afford the legal services they need. Our firm has been founded mainly with them in mind. Obtaining legal advice and assistance from experienced lawyers at an affordable price is possible.
Aiming at goals being our clients’ objectives, we minimise risks, solve problems, and seek for solutions. Years of experience working for international and local law firms allow us to achieve the best results in the shortest of time. Simple solutions are usually the best. In cooperation with foreign law firms, we can also serve our clients abroad.
We work with patience and determination, guided by logic and experience. Our services are ‘custom-made’ rather than mass-produced. Our clients are serviced by qualified personnel only, which includes licensed legal counsels, advocates, tax advisors, and a patent attorney.
Although Karaś Legal has been set up fairly recently, its lawyers have many years’ professional experience gained while they were working with international law firms, medium-sized Polish companies, and as self-employed practitioners. Our team consists of qualified professionals and includes licensed lawyers, tax advisors, and a patent attorney. The team has been put together to meet the needs of our clients, especially those whose business is still in its initial stages. Most of our clients have become our friends; some of them know each other and can exchange their experiences. They realise that, by resorting to professional legal services right from the start of their business, they can minimise risks and save time and money. We strive to protect their interests as best we can. With our help, our clients no longer have to spend time on formalities and become more aware of risks and opportunities. As a result, they can focus on the most important thing for every business: sales growth. We also cooperate with lawyers from other countries to help our clients to expand their businesses globally. This allows our clients to enjoy coordinated legal services in many jurisdictions and minimise risks arising from differences in legislation. Although our firm was founded just a few months ago, in June 2016, we have already won twenty-five business clients, all of them small and medium-sized enterprises operating in various industries.

Our clients are small and medium-sized enterprises from Poland, the European Union, and the United States. At present, these are mostly start-ups and funds that provide financing to companies at the start-up stage or at the stage of seed funding. However, we also cater for real-estate traders, credit applicants, companies active in the mass construction industry, sellers and purchasers of businesses, and companies in the process of restructuring or tax optimization. We are privileged to work for businesses operating in the real-estate, construction, IT and mass-media industries, courier services, and general trade and services. Many of our clients are private investors looking for reasonable opportunities for capital investment with a high rate of return. We help them to achieve their goals and, at the same time, we learn from them how to do it best.
